About the Traum-Gilmore duo
Adam Traum and Colin Gilmore will be doing their second tour together as a duo in December 2017. The two scions of well-known artists Happy Traum and Jimmie Dale Gilmore first met at a well-received father-son show in San Francisco, at Doc’s Lab in 2016. The two singer-songwriters became fast friends and decided to plan a tour after doing a few successful one-off shows in San Francisco and Austin, Texas, Gilmore’s hometown. Their summer 2017 tour lasted ten days and went from Sonoma, California, where Traum lives, to Huntington Beach, California. Adam Traum and Colin Gilmore reflect their musical stock in their styles but are blazing their own trails in the musical world. Gilmore has three highly acclaimed full-length CDs and Traum’s 2012 release “Just Like Home” garnered it’s own positive reviews. Traum also put out “One-takes” with his string trio the Mosey Boys in 2016. He is currently in pre-production for another solo release planned for 2018.
